About the event
Join us for a heartfelt and supportive gathering focused on healing the inner child — the part of ourselves that carries past emotions, experiences, and unmet needs from childhood. Together, we’ll explore how early experiences can shape our thoughts, relationships, emotions, and sense of self.
This class will include discussion, guided meditation, and beginning exercises for inner child journaling to help encourage healing, self-awareness, and personal growth in a safe and welcoming environment. Whether you are new to inner healing work or continuing your journey, all are welcome.
